Customer Machines

This page contains photos of both the first generation (V1) and second generation (V2) frames. The V2 frame retains all of the functions of the V1 frame for breakdown and portability for less than 1/2 the cost and time to build.

I've attached some pictures of my V2 .  I decided to go with Wally Hines's Cable Weight Shift System. I have used it on two other paramotors.  (An iFlyer and an Aerothrust ZG Cruiser).  And it works great.  I think its the best system out there.   It  rugged and puts very little strain in the frame.  As you'll  see, I've made a few changes to the frame to adapted it.  So far I am really happy with it. I just can't believe how strong it is.  I think its your best design.   Take Care.

A Bailey Aviation 4 stroke engine has been installed the Skybolt frame. This is a great opportunity to own a PPG with the ultimate in reliability, smoothness, and fuel efficiency. All in a frame you can build and maintain yourself.

Phil's Modified Skybolt Brandon at Salton Sea 2007
Len Stella, Ross 125 engine. Harness and J bars from Paracruiser.

This machine was built for approximately $5000 which included a brand new ROS 125 engine and $425 composite propeller (expensive stuff} After years of seeking the perfect machine. I found one that I could customize to my changing wants and needs. The connector system makes design modifications easy. I love the under the arm free floating J bars. Weight shift with out added cost, maintence, or weight. It is simple and it is brilliant. Best yet it flies great! Deciding which one of my motors I will fly today is easy. I will fly the one that I can fix myself!

This thing is really strong when all the bolting is complete". Cost to build: approximately $4200. Everything brand new.See ray's post #442 in the builders forum.
